RPM International Inc. is a multinational holding company with subsidiaries that manufacture and market high-performance coatings, sealants and specialty chemicals, primarily for maintenance and improvement applications.
RPM employs approximately 11,000 people worldwide and operates 94 manufacturing facilities in 24 countries. Its products are sold in approximately 160 countries and territories.
Fiscal 2014 sales were $4.4 billion, with 63 percent to industry worldwide and the remaining 37 percent to consumers mainly in North America.

Shares of the company's common stock are traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol RPM and are owned by more than 400 institutional investors and 120,000 individuals. RPM's track record of 40 consecutive annual cash dividend increases places it in an elite category of less than half of one percent of all publicly-traded U.S. companies. Approximately 91% of RPM's stockholders of record participate in its Dividend Reinvestment Plan.
